VLB operates in the market with the purpose of developing safe, high-quality products that fully meet the needs and expectations of its customers and other stakeholders, sustainably.
This structure aims to establish VLB as a reliable and responsible partner, focused on quality, safety and sustainability, while maintaining a close and continuously supportive relationship with its customers.
The success of this strategy is based on the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) processes, with a focus on its principles:
1) Definition of a clear vision of the strategy by management, with the vision and objectives being communicated to all employees within the organization and the necessary resources being allocated to implement and maintain the system.
2) Ensure that all customer requirements are met in order to satisfy each of their needs.
3) Ensure that all employees are informed, motivated and involved in implementing process improvements.
4) Ensuring the continuous improvement of satisfaction and the efficiency of processes is a permanent objective for everyone, providing employees with the opportunity to improve their level of performance.
5) Systematically applying good manufacturing practices and complying with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization in terms of Quality. Monitoring all processes in order to better develop improvement actions.
6) Handling all complaints and occurrences in order to guarantee continuous improvement in responding to the interests of stakeholders.
7) Commitment to defending and promoting the principles of sustainable development, seeking to create value for its customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
To this end, VLB maintains a QMS that is periodically evaluated in search of continuous improvement, always bearing in mind that quality is a cultural fact that involves the organization and everyone around it.
